Barrel Aged Gin is a yearly limited release which will develop over the years. The base gin for this is the Blue Label Gin which is aged for between 6-9 months after distillation. The number and origin of the casks will vary from year to year, making for a unique experience in every vintage.
As it has to be – the juniper stands sturdy at the center. It’s surrounded by citrus notes and a light ginger touch in the background. The palate has a warm and elegant entry, the cask maturation has imparted a subtle vanilla note to the gin. However, the spirit is not overwhelmed by the Runoi Rum Oak Barrel.
